Our facilitators are a key aspect of the SpeakUp community. As a facilitator, you can help run our events, foster a strong learning community and culture, and work directly with our members to help improve speaking skills and confidence
What Does a Facilitator Do?
- Helps manage SpeakUp MeetUp events, community, and tutoring programs (whichever your interested in most!)
- Guides discussions and activities.
- Creates inclusive and positive learning environments.
- Encourages participation.
- Provides constructive feedback, insights, and energy to participants.
- Helps planning and organizing.
